How we recommend
recommendations | songs | voting
How can we 'recommend' songs to you? Well, based upon which songs you vote on, we suggest other songs to you. For example, let's say you like Song A. And let's say another person likes Song A but also likes Song B. Chances are that you will also like Song B. When lots of people like both Song A and Song B, we can say with even better certainty that you might, also. Users who vote on more songs will get better results from this system. As our recommendation engine learns about which songs you like, it gets a better idea of what you'll probably like in the future. For a technical explanation on how this works (if you're really that interested), check out the Wikipedia article. So be sure to vote on songs. The more you vote, the better we can recommend music you'll like! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
